Recently, Bona Film Group Limited(the “BONA”) and Noah Holdings Limited(the “NOAH”) together announced that they have successfully launched a film investment RMB fund(the “Film Fund”) with a total fundraising scale of RMB 1 billion, where Bona has made a capital contribution of 300 million and other investors have made a total capital contribution of 700 million. The Film Fund will finance the development and production of BONA’s Film and TV projects. According to the relevant resources, the Film Fund is listed as one of the largest size funds to date in PRC and expected to provide substantial benefits and new capital resource to the film industry of China, enabling Bona to bring not only more but higher quality domestic film and open a new investment field.
